It is aimed to address the role of government and its stand in an Islamic economic system by using economic theories and on the basis of public theory of Islamic state. It is proved that while the first principle in Islam is to prevent government intervention but the opposite will be the case because of economic and jurisprudential reasons to provide the purposes of Islam in an economic life.Therefore a different pattern has been designed for the role of government in economy based on free activity and the economic responsibility of people and also the responsible intervention of government in an Islamic system framework in comparison with other economic systems.

E-government implementation in different countries follows different models that are based on the patterns of government attention to aspects of e-government. However, identifying and understanding specific dimensions of electronic government is important. this paper considers e-government in the form of a socio-technical system and identifies aspects of e-government. To identify the dimensions of e-government implementation used library studies and for suitability and relevance of dimensions and providing policy advices, expert panel of is used. By using archival data, the clustering process is conducted to determine patterns. At the end, each patterns are analyzed and categorized s and policy recommendations are presented for Iran e-government implementation.

By joining to “, UN Convention against Corruption”, , Iran has obliged to improve the competition in the government procurement regulations. Nonetheless, the Iranian regulations on government procurement have not yet been challenged. In the current essay, first, researcher through the competitive study of “, UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement (2011)”,and “, WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (2012)”,which are significant samples of international practices in public procurement, presents the factual global standards for government procurements. Then, after comparing them with “, Iranian Tendering Act”,and relevant directives, the researcher has gotten the point that Iranian regulations require improvements although there are some positive aspects. These modifications consist of some literal changes on the titles, subjective attitude to government procurements, inclusion of service purchases, considering the intellectual property rights and excluding continues and previous purchases from the procedures aiming to increase the competition grounds and harmonise with international standards while giving a solution to the current necessities of the country.

In the Qajar period and following the increasing exposure of Iranians to Western civilization, the need for modernization in the field of units of measure, under the title of metric system was felt by the politicians and thinkers and it was implemented by the government at the time of Reza Shah Pahlavi. Since, the government was responsible for establishing a metric system, it turned into a tool to achieve the government goals. The present study examines the process of establishing the metric system in Iran and the goals of Reza Shah's government from the establishment of the metric system using a descriptive-explanatory method. Here, the main question is what goals the Reza Shah government pursued in establishing the metric system. The findings indicate that the connection with Western civilization and the need to investigate Iran's backwardness led to the correction of weights and values ​​based on the metric system to facilitate trade. The metric system has been established not only to facilitate trade, but also to increase government control and oversight of all members of the society.

This study explores the motivational components within teacher rating systems and their impact on professional growth motivation. Employing a systematic review approach, it investigates texts pertaining to teacher rating systems, motivation, and professional development literature. By examining various texts and research findings on teacher motivation, factors influencing teacher ratings based on general, specialized, and professional competencies, as well as experience, are identified. Drawing parallels with Herzberg's motivational theory, this study provides recommendations to bolster teacher motivation and job satisfaction through improvements in the rating system.

By prioritizing the three functional dimensions of performance, customer satisfaction and relationship development, the present study has segmented organizations using the government electronic procurement system to adopt and utilize the system more. The research method of this research is quantitative and its nature is descriptive and correlational. A questionnaire was used to collect data related to variables based on previous studies. For this purpose, a sample of 148 purchasing and procurement managers of companies that have used the e-procurement system of the government were selected by simple random sampling method. By implementing the structural equation model with the partial least squares approach to test the hypotheses, it was found that the proposed model has a good fit. This study is the first research in Iran on the topic of user segmentation of e-government procurement system. The results of this study distinguish three groups of organizations: the first group of companies that are looking for more efficiency or efficiency is their first priority; the second group is the organizations whose customer satisfaction is their first priority; Third, there are companies looking to develop relationships with their business partners.
